Problem Statement

With Nouri. we are addressing the challenge of maintaining a healthy diet and consistent meal prepping, which has a significant impact on college students and young working adults aged 18–30. The importance of solving this problem lies in minimizing the barriers around potential users' dietary restrictions, time constraints, and lack of cooking and meal-planning knowledge.

Background

Audrey is a junior at the U of I on a health journey toward eating cleaner and prioritizing a healthy lifestyle. She recently landed a summer internship in Chicago — a 9-to-5 for three months — so she wants to form good cooking and eating habits while still on campus.

Goals
